Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Website Development
- Build responsive, mobile-first WordPress website
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional pages
- Create templates for pages, blogs, landing pages, and resources
- Maintain a clean and scalable backend
Performance Optimization
- Achieve page load time under 2.5 seconds
- Optimize images, caching, CDN, and scripts
Integrations
- Connect with Zoho CRM and marketing tools
- Integrate Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console
- Ensure all lead forms sync with CRM
Conversion Optimization
- Implement lead forms and CTAs
- Set up landing pages and basic tracking
Security & Maintenance
- SSL, backups, updates, and monitoring
