VP of Marketing [Urgent]

FYZZ, an early-stage, founder-led company launching a protein and prebiotic soda in the UAE and India, is seeking a VP of Marketing. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of the brand’s social media strategy from the ground up across channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will help define the brand’s voice and visual identity, plan and manage influencer and creator partnerships that are tailored to UAE and Indian markets, and oversee daily content planning and community management. You will also collaborate closely with the founding team on the go-to-market strategy. Candidates must have 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, or content strategy within CPG, F&B, or wellness, and must possess a strong portfolio that demonstrates the ability to build or scale a brand’s social presence. Native-level understanding of either the UAE or Indian consumer is required, and preference is given to those based in these locations, though remote work is possible for candidates highly familiar with the markets. A passion for health, wellness, or functional beverages is important.
