Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the media and advertising industry, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be part of the Product Design Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, innovative thinking, and a user-centered approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Product Designer

Location: New York, NY

Pay Range: $65.00 to $69.00 on W2.

What’s the Job?

• Lead the design of end-to-end user experiences across product features and platforms, from concept through production.
• Deliver high-quality design artifacts across all phases of the product lifecycle, including user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual specifications.
• Translate product strategy and user insights into thoughtful interaction patterns and scalable design solutions.
• Design and evolve scalable interface patterns and contribute to the development and adoption of the design system across multiple platforms and markets.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, writers, and engineers to define product direction and deliver cohesive user experiences.

Requirements

What’s Needed?

• 7+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or interaction design, ideally working on complex digital products.
• Ability to influence product strategy and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners including product, engineering, and research.
• Experience building trust and managing complex environments.
• Familiarity with advertising workflows including campaign management, planning, forecasting, yield optimization, trafficking, and reporting across linear and digital environments.
• Ability to leverage usage metrics, qualitative research, and structured feedback loops to iterate and improve usability and adoption.
