Job Description

Manage and maintain consistent social media activity to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events and campaigns.

Support the creation of marketing materials, including social media content, blogs, PR communications, and website updates.

Prepare and distribute clear, timely meeting notes to ensure effective communication and follow-up.

Provide day-to-day support across various marketing initiatives and projects as required.

Contribute to ongoing lead generation efforts, helping build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.

• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.

• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems or marketing platforms is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, or related role.

• Internship experience in marketing will also be considered.

• Exposure to digital marketing activities (social media, email campaigns, content support) is an advantage.
