Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative brand-savvy videographer to produce a cinematic (high quality footage, 4K preferred) short-form documentary up to 60 seconds long with a series of micro content pieces designed for social media. The project will commemorate the United States 250-year anniversary, highlight the evolution of home ownership in America, and showcase the unique historical and modern landscape of Sarasota, FL. This is a branded marketing piece, designed not only to inspire but to drive engagement and lead generation through a clear call to action (website and/or direct contact).

Requirements

The ideal candidate has proven experience in branded content, luxury real estate or lifestyle marketing, strong storytelling ability within short-form formats, understanding of social media trends, hooks, and audience engagement. Additional editing requirements include:

• Color grading and sound design
• Formatting for multiple platforms
• Light motion graphics and text overlays to reinforce messaging
• Strategic pacing to maximize viewer retention and engagement

Compensation

Compensation is project-based with pay ranging from $3,000.00 to $5,000.00 per month.
