Conference & Gala (all-day event) with Guest speaker, live music
Sound Engineer is needed in Mississauga, Canada.
The event is scheduled for May 9, 2026, at the German Canadian Club (Hansa House) in Mississauga. We are organising a Conference & Gala in a large, older hall, and require an experienced sound technician to set up speakers, microphones, and possibly a mixer. The role will include ensuring the keynote speaker can be heard clearly by about 150 attendees and managing sound for a short live musical segment with three singers, organ, oud, and tabla/drums. Controlling echo and blending instruments and vocals is important. You may provide your own equipment if possible, or we can arrange rentals. The event runs from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with a break between the conference and gala.
