Event photographer needed for Conference in Düsseldorf [Urgent]

Photographer is needed in Düsseldorf, Germany.

I’m looking for an event photographer for a conference in Düsseldorf on April 18, 2026.

Initial details:

• The event runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but you don’t need to be constantly taking photos.
• Initially, there will be individual podium speeches. Later, three more panel sessions with 6-7 speakers each are planned. Your main task is to take a sufficient number of photos of the panelists and speakers from different angles in each session. Once you have enough photos from any given session, you can take a break until the next session.
• Participants will arrive between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM. You will be in the foyer area with another photographer, capturing their interactions. After 10:00 AM, you will mainly be in the stage area.
• I’m not after thousands of photos; I just want quality results in the desired style. You will receive a more detailed brief.

Ideal person:

• Initial experience in event photography (corporate)
• Dual cameras with different zoom ranges (not mandatory but nice to have), e.g., 1x wide-angle standard zoom + 1x telezoom
• Ability to quickly apply the correct settings during shooting, reducing the burden of editing
• Accepts the budget stated in the job posting
