Job Description
We’re looking for a part-time creative, detail-oriented Junior Marketing Manager & Content Creator to join our BKM marketing team in Clearwater, FL. This role is all about bringing brands to life through engaging content, on-property activations, and memorable guest experiences. You’ll help design and support visual storytelling, build meaningful community and brand partnerships, and fuel brand growth across social, digital, and on-site touchpoints. The ideal candidate has a passion for experiential marketing, a strong grasp of content strategy and social media, and loves creating moments that connect guests to the brand in fun, authentic ways.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative content and experiential marketing strategies that support brand goals and elevate the guest experience.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality content across digital and on-property channels, including social media, posters, print, email campaigns, websites, and in-hotel touchpoints.
- Concept, support, and promote on-site activations, events, and brand moments that bring the hotel experience to life.
- Build and nurture strategic community partnerships with local music venues, artists, apartment communities, corporate partners, and lifestyle brands.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead to reimagine and evolve brand standards for a well-known hospitality brand, ensuring consistency across all guest-facing moments.
- Design visually compelling assets using tools like Canva to support campaigns, activations, and day-to-day marketing needs.
- Capture and produce engaging multimedia content including photography, video, and graphics to tell authentic brand stories in real time.
- Manage social media channels by scheduling content, engaging with followers, responding to DMs/comments, and fostering an active online community.
- Track and analyze social and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future content and activations.
- Support day-of execution for events and activations, ensuring a seamless, on-brand guest experience from start to finish.
Skills
- Creative, experience-driven mindset with the ability to develop compelling visual and written content that brings hospitality brands and guest experiences to life.
- Confident, professional communicator with experience working in client-facing environments and leading or participating in meetings with internal and external partners.
- Strong graphic design capabilities using Canva to create on-brand assets for digital campaigns, on-property activations, and social media.
- Hands-on experience with content creation across multiple formats, including copywriting, editing, photography, and short-form video.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, scheduling tools, and hospitality-focused social media and experiential marketing strategies.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across all content and brand touchpoints.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and enjoys bringing ideas from concept to execution.
