Programmer is needed in United States.
I am seeking a developer to create software aimed at protecting online banking users from fraudulent activity. I have personally experienced several incidents of banking and credit card fraud and have developed a concept that should prevent this from happening again. I need a programmer to turn this idea into software that can be pitched to and integrated by financial institutions, particularly in their risk assessment processes, to block fraudulent transactions before they occur. This project could lead to further development work if successful and may have significant industry impact.
