Job Description

Firebrand Design & Business Solutions is a fast-growing, full-service graphic design agency based in the United States. We specialize in presentation design, website design and development, marketing and sales collateral design, branding and logos, event support, and more. Our mission is to help other businesses succeed through high-quality design.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in graphic design with a portfolio of exceptional corporate-level work.
• Marketing background with a strong understanding of designing for desired outcomes.
• Demonstrated understanding of balance, composition, layout, typography, color theory, and white space.
• Significant experience as an Associate Creative Director in previous roles.
• Able to work in ambiguity and strategize solutions according to client needs.
• Ability to work and organize under tight deadlines.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and a strong sense of good design.
• Experience collaborating with designers to achieve optimal client results.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Project Managers to manage budgets and timelines.
• Comfortable working directly with clients to ensure creative briefs and deliverables meet expectations.
• Expert proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and more.

Bonus Points If…

• You have experience in the corporate and tech industry (i.e., worked for companies like Google, Apple, etc.).
• You are able to make quick changes to projects when necessary, especially if a designer is unavailable.

Additional Information

The Creative Director will be a 1099 contractor working on an as-needed basis, with potential opportunities for full-time employment as Firebrand grows.
