Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy, “Swiss Army Knife” marketer who can bridge the gap between creative production and technical strategy. This isn’t a desk job—it’s a dynamic role for a self-starter who is just as comfortable staging a professional photoshoot as they are diving into Meta Ad Manager or collaborating with a web developer. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our clients’ digital presence, from the moment they onboard to the daily execution of high-velocity content calendars for 5–7 clients per month.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding & Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for new client transitions and handle the technical setup of brand accounts.
• High-Velocity Content Production: Lead the staging and creation phase, including scouting locations, directing photography/videography, and managing external talent.
• Paid Media & Technical Strategy: Execute and monitor Google and Meta ad campaigns, and collaborate with the development team to improve marketing conversions.
• Execution & Consistency: Own and maintain the content calendar, ensuring a rigorous posting schedule across all platforms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management and digital content creation.
• Proficiency in mobile and/or professional photography and video editing.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Ability to multitask across 5+ client accounts.
• Must have reliable transportation for travel to shoot locations.

Additional Information

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
