Job Description

An award-winning production company based in North London is seeking a Designer to join their studio team. This role involves producing both Motion Design and Static Graphics within a hybrid work environment. The Designer will create Graphic Designs (digital & print) and Motion Design for live productions, digital content, and original formats. Daily responsibilities include designing for client pitches, proposals, presentations, brand assets, short-form video assets, animated explainers, animated titles, and sizzle elements across various platforms like digital, social, broadcast, and live environments.

Requirements

Key skills required for this role include proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, along with a working knowledge of Premiere Pro. Candidates should possess a strong eye for layout, typography, color, and composition. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, as the designer will collaborate closely with producers, directors, editors, and clients. The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Attention to detail and quality control is key. Experience in sport, broadcast, or live production environments is advantageous but not essential. Basic video editing and finishing skills in Premiere Pro are desirable. The role may involve travel to shoots or client meetings, and flexibility to work later or on weekends during busy periods is required.

Additional Information
