Job Description

Position: Freelance Virtual Assistant (Remote, 8–10h/week)

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Virtual Assistant to support a growing project with big ambitions to make vegan living cool (again). This is for someone who loves bringing structure to ideas, enjoys digging into research, and has a feel for content that actually engages.

Responsibilities:

• General admin support (keeping things organised, moving)
• Research (people, places, ideas, opportunities)
• Content support (simple posts, shaping ideas into shareable formats) – knowing Canva or similar tools is a plus

Expect a planning call once a week; how you manage the rest of your time is up to you.
