Job Description

This is a remote position.

The role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, developing digital strategies aligned with client goals, conducting market research, collaborating with creative teams, using analytics tools to measure campaign performance, and staying updated with digital marketing trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a track record of successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
• Prior experience in a marketing agency will be an added advantage.

Stipend Structure

First 12 Months: Rs. 8,000 to Rs.10,000 per month (in hand) + Incentives

After 12 Months (Conversion): Rs. 20,000 per month to Rs. 25,000 (in hand) + Incentives

Additional Information

Willingness to communicate with leads and prospects is a significant advantage. Experience in SEO, Google, and Facebook Ads is compulsory. Knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop and After Effects is an advantage.
