I am looking for an experienced online game developer to build a turn-based strategy game inspired by classics like Risk and Settlers of Catan, but set in a sci-fi universe with deeper progression and customization. The game should support up to 10 players, have an online multiplayer mode, territory and resource management, army combat, and planet development features. A key requirement is a powerful Game Master/Admin mode to modify armies, control regions, and manage NPC factions in real-time. I have an existing game concept and rule system. My main need is technical implementation, preferably in Unity, with clean modular code and potential for future feature additions. I would like to start with a playable MVP that includes a basic map, turn system, army placement, simple combat, and resource generation, with the possibility to expand from there. I value clear communication and want someone who can handle the development process independently, as my time is limited.

I am based in Austria and have been a passionate Pen & Paper Game Master for over 30 years. I am currently developing an online-supported campaign and need a system that allows my players to control and move their armies on an existing PNG galaxy map. The goal is to create a strategy layer that directly interacts with and influences the ongoing Pen & Paper campaign. Players should be able to manage territories, engage in battles against NPC factions, and make strategic decisions that impact the story.
