Senior Lead 3D Artist – Creative (Architecture / Urban / Infrastructure) Fully Remote | 3-Month Contract We’re looking for a Senior Lead 3D Artist to help shape some of the most significant city-building projects across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll be working at the early planning stage, collaborating with government agencies, councils, and developers to bring future cities to life. You will lead the creative direction for large-scale masterplans, infrastructure, and urban precincts. Projects include waterfront precincts, new cities, and transport infrastructure that often span over a decade, requiring robust models and digital twins for long-term planning and storytelling. The role involves leading creative vision across CGI and animation, developing visuals from early design references, designing cinematic storytelling, and working directly with clients to elevate creative outcomes. You will oversee high-end production (CGI, animation, real-time), contribute to digital twin and master model development, and lead creative discussions. We are looking for someone with senior-level 3D visualisation experience related to architecture, urban, or infrastructure, who is strong creatively and comfortable interpreting nascent designs with tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Unreal, and AI workflows. This is a flexible, fully remote contract for someone motivated to produce industry-leading work.
