Sound Designer is needed in Edinburgh, United Kingdom.
We are seeking a sound designer with knowledge of Pro Tools and experience in sound design for horror films to work on a graduate short film project based in Edinburgh, United Kingdom. The film, ‘Nosejob’, centers on a young woman navigating emotional challenges post-rhinoplasty and will require intricate sound design, particularly for its graphic scenes, with a strong focus on Foley work. The sound design should help elevate the emotional impact and atmosphere of the film, similar to references provided by the client. This is for a personal project intended for festival submission. You will be joining at a stage where the client is ready to make a paid hire, and are open to hybrid or partially remote collaboration. Delivery is expected by May 1, 2026.
