Job Description
This is a remote position for an individual contributor manager role that will not handle direct reports. At Outsource Access, we help strategic consultancies optimize their Go-To-Market strategies through sales process engineering, fractional leadership, and technology integration. Our focus goes beyond basic marketing tasks; we implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
As part of the team, you will:
- Drive the Strategy by developing and implementing marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Master the Funnel as the primary HubSpot administrator, managing email marketing, automation workflows, and CRM data integrity.
- Build Content Authority by leading the creation of marketing collateral, including social media posts, case studies, and blog content.
- Fuel the Sales Engine by monitoring and reporting on marketing KPIs to optimize spending and collaborating with the sales team to support revenue goals.
