Job Description

We are seeking a UGC Content Creator to produce short-form video content for our AI video education platform. This role is focused on creating videos that feel clear, relatable, and native to social platforms. The ideal candidate understands how to communicate ideas in a simple, engaging way through 15 to 60 second videos. This is a content creation role for someone who can connect with viewers through strong hooks, clear messaging, and authentic on-camera delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form UGC-style videos for social media platforms.
• Develop content based on user interests, common questions, product use cases, and current topics.
• Write or outline videos with a clear structure, including a strong opening hook and concise message.
• Record on-camera content that feels natural, credible, and easy to follow.
• Present ideas in a way that is engaging, audience-focused, and suitable for short-form viewing.
• Contribute creative concepts and help generate new content angles on a regular basis.
• Revise and improve content based on feedback and content goals.
• Maintain a consistent standard of quality, clarity, and brand alignment.

Requirements

• Experience creating UGC content, short-form videos, or social-first video content.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar short-form platforms.
• Ability to create attention-grabbing hooks and keep videos engaging from the start.
• Comfortable speaking on camera in a clear, confident, and conversational manner.
• Strong sense of audience engagement, pacing, and content flow.
• Ability to turn simple ideas into videos that are easy to understand and enjoyable to watch.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage content production independently.
• Basic editing skills are helpful, but the main focus of this role is content creation and communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content related to AI tools, digital products, software, education, or online creators.
• Familiarity with explaining concepts or product features in a simple and approachable way.
• Ability to identify content angles that feel useful, relatable, and platform-appropriate.
• Portfolio or examples of past work showing short-form video creation and on-camera communication.
