Job Description

8AM Creative is a branding and marketing agency built for ambitious organizations. We don’t chase trends or value style over substance. We create work that is distinct, authoritative, and strategically sound.

We are looking for a freelance Junior Designer to support our Co-CCOs in executing high-quality assets across digital and physical platforms. This is a production-heavy role that requires a high level of technical proficiency and an eye for detail.

You will be responsible for taking established brand directions and thorough creative briefs and turning them into polished deliverables. You won’t be expected to brainstorm the high-level strategy, but you are expected to understand the “why” behind your design choices—ensuring every asset respects the brand identity and speaks clearly to the target audience.

Potential Deliverables

• Social & Digital Ads: Static posts, banners, and ad creative for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
• Presentations: Designing decks that translate complex information into clean, professional layouts.
• Digital Documents: Multi-page PDFs and interactive carousels.
• Print Assets: Formatting documents for physical production (understand bleeds, crop marks, and print-specific layouts).

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• A portfolio that proves you understand the difference between clarity and personality.
• The ability to work fast when it’s urgent and meticulously when it’s important.
• Expertise in layout and typography. If your text isn’t readable, your “genius” is misunderstood.

Additional Information

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
