Job Description

This is a remote position. We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Assistant (VA) who can consistently produce high-quality social media content and ad creatives across multiple brands. This role is not a “post scheduler” position; we need someone who can think creatively, generate variations, and execute quickly using tools like Canva and AI platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create scroll-stopping social media graphics and ad creatives (images, infographics, short-form video)
• Use Canva + AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to generate:
• Hooks
• Headlines
• Creative angles
• Multiple variations of ads
• Turn simple direction into multiple creative concepts (not just one version)
• Resize and adapt creatives for:
• Facebook / Instagram
• LinkedIn
• Google Display / other platforms
• Maintain clean, modern, high-converting design standards
• Assist with light video editing for short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style)
• Organize files, creatives, and versions across multiple clients

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Canva skills (non-negotiable)
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, etc.)
• Strong design eye (layout, spacing, readability, hierarchy)
• Ability to produce multiple variations quickly
• Experience creating paid ad creatives (not just organic posts)
• Basic short-form video editing skills
• Experience working with multiple brands or within an agency
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Fast communicator who can take feedback and iterate quickly

Nice to Have (Bonus)

• Experience in home services or local business marketing
• Understanding of what makes ads convert (CTR, hooks, offers)
• Familiarity with Meta Ads or Google Ads creative formats
