Job Description

Creative Parlor Agency is seeking a Photographer/Videographer to support content shoots for clients in beauty, hospitality, and lifestyle industries. We are looking for someone who can capture clean, high-quality, brand-elevating visuals and understand composition, lighting, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots, ensuring high-quality content aligned with brand standards.
• Operate professional camera equipment for filming and photography sessions, including DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and video cameras.
• Edit and enhance photos using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and other editing tools to achieve desired artistic effects and color accuracy.
• Edit videos with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, incorporating sound design, transitions, and post-production effects to create polished final products.
• Manage color management workflows to ensure consistent color grading across all visual content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials.
• Maintain organized digital archives of all visual assets for easy access and future use.
• Stay current with industry trends in photography, videography, art direction, and social media management to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in photography and videography with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across different styles and formats.
• Own equipment (camera, lenses, lighting).
• Professional and punctual.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro; familiarity with Capture One and Final Cut Pro is a plus.
• Solid understanding of color theory and color management principles for consistent image quality.
• Knowledge of post-production techniques such as photo manipulation, retouching, and video editing.
• Ability to operate professional filming equipment confidently in various environments.
• Strong eye for composition, lighting, and detail with an artistic sensibility aligned with brand messaging.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and articulating creative ideas.

Preferred

• Experience shooting for brands, restaurants, salons, or events.
• Ability to direct talent/models during shoots.
