Job Description

We have a website with a partial ecommerce shop developed and need the finishing touches added onto it. It needs to have a fluid upload workflow via excel spreadsheets, along with intuitive option selection for a wide range of floral products. It is built on WordPress and WooCommerce; hence, experience on these platforms is a must. The timeline for completion is less than 3 weeks.

Duties

• Update or redesign existing spreadsheet-based upload process to ensure it fits with our product lists and desired workflows.
• Ensure the upload is simple enough for anyone to be taught to use it, regardless of technical knowledge.
• Ensure all products being uploaded display accurately and all variations function correctly and intuitively for any customers, especially those lacking in computer know-how.
• Address any other fixes and tweaks identified through the development process to improve the workflow to suit our needs.
• Ensure website runs smoothly and does not lag or slow down during any actions.

Experience

• Required to have experience with WordPress and WooCommerce development.
• Experience with advanced Excel functions is a plus.
• Any other web development experience with real-world examples is helpful as well.
