Job Description

We seek a creative individual who can tell compelling stories through video content, transcending traditional content creation. This role is about capturing moments that evoke emotions, inspiring viewers to visit our salon. You will work across three brands, capturing salon culture, leadership content, and educational tips for salon owners.

Requirements

• You must have a natural ability to see and capture stories, focusing on authenticity rather than trends.
• You should be proficient in shooting, editing, and constructing narratives comprehensively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high standards.
• Reliability, creativity, and attention to detail are essential.
• Willingness to travel for live event captures.

What You’ll Do

You will capture, edit, and maintain the brand’s feel while working across three different brands:

• Platinum & Company - 50%: Focusing on salon culture, guest experiences, and team dynamics.
• Lindsay’s Personal Brand - 25%: Involves leadership content and educational behind-the-scenes videos.
• Salon Business School - 25%: Creating educational content targeted at salon owners.
