Creative Strategist — Direct Response & Brand (Remote) [Urgent]

Digital Marketer is needed in Brazil.

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company in the fragrance industry, focused on scaling premium D2C fragrance brands. Our team is looking for a Creative Strategist who will play a key role in bridging performance data with creative output. You will be responsible for analyzing what ads work, understanding the reasons behind their performance, and translating those insights into clear creative briefs and concepts for our editors and designers. This role does not involve editing videos or graphics directly, but ensures the best ideas are executed. You should have hands-on experience in a similar role, preferably at a marketing agency or DTC brand, and be comfortable with ad performance metrics. Experience in beauty, fragrance, health, or lifestyle industries is a strong plus. The position offers remote flexibility for applicants based in Brazil or Ukraine and includes a base salary along with performance-based bonuses.

Budget range:
$1,500 to $3,000 per month base, bonuses for winning ads
