All In A Box is a food experiences company based in Buckinghamshire, specialising in premium events ranging from roasts to brunches for corporate and private clients across London. We are looking for a freelance Event Set Designer to become a regular collaborator, supporting our growing number of events on a per-event basis. The main responsibilities include full event set styling, covering table design, food station displays, venue dressing, prop sourcing, and incorporating branded design elements. Events primarily take place at client venues in London, with occasional events at our barn. You should have a strong portfolio working in hospitality event styling, be able to work independently on-site, and have a good grasp of working within a brand’s visual identity. We appreciate someone reliable, calm under pressure, and able to transform spaces quickly. The ideal candidate understands our warm, unpretentious, food-forward aesthetic and is based in London or happy to travel. Full brand guidelines will be provided, and we are looking to hire someone as soon as possible.
