Job Description

CBOSIT Technologies is seeking a Zoho Implementation Specialist to join our team of Business Consultants. The ideal candidate will possess skills in process re-engineering, a strong innovative mindset, and expertise in the latest technologies. The role requires strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to build impactful digital platforms that enhance business scalability and profitability. Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the bridge between business needs and Zoho solutions by analysing client workflows and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Leading the entire Zoho implementation lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Providing expert training and ongoing support to clients to maximize their Zoho experience.
• Crafting custom workflows, reports, and automations to optimize Zoho for each client.
• Collaborating effectively within a fast-paced environment using Scrum methodologies.

Requirements

You’re a perfect fit if you have been practicing the following between 1-3 years:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyse, re-engineer, and optimize business workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve roadblocks.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Deep understanding of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho People, and other core applications.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, and customization.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.

Tech Prowess Required

• Proven experience implementing, customizing, and managing Zoho applications.
• Ability to write custom Deluge functions and JavaScript.
• Experience in creating flowcharts using tools like Miro, Draw.io, or LucidChart.
• Capability to troubleshoot bugs, navigate APIs, and resolve Zoho-related issues.
