We are seeking talented and energetic Latin bands to perform on luxury cruise ships, entertaining international guests with a wide range of Latin music such as Reggaeton, Salsa, Bachata, and Latin covers. Bands should have a strong stage presence, be able to engage diverse audiences, and have a repertoire of at least 250 songs. Fluency in English is required, and contracts are typically for 6-7 months. This is a full-time contract opportunity with a competitive salary, flights, accommodations, meals, and use of onboard facilities included. The role is based on-site with potential to travel internationally.
