We are producing a live dealer blackjack experience and are seeking an independent casting director based in Yerevan, Armenia. The role will involve sourcing and auditioning performers with physical or cognitive disabilities, such as Down syndrome, to work as live blackjack hosts and dealers. The ideal candidate should have experience in inclusive or diversity casting, and be comfortable working with disability advocacy organizations or special needs communities to find appropriate talent. Responsibilities include assessing candidates for their ability to engage a live audience, follow card game procedures, and perform confidently on camera.
