I am a DJ and producer in the EDM weddings niche based in Chicago. I’m looking for a short-form video strategist and editor who can transform my raw DJ clips into viral, story-driven content for social media. The ideal freelancer will cut clips to the beat, create strong hooks in the first 3-5 seconds, and turn the footage into reels that tell engaging stories. You will create multiple variations (5-10 per video) for testing across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, as well as identify trends from TikTok to adapt to my content. Writing captions, hooks, and hashtags is also part of the job. This is a long-term creative partnership with a goal of producing 1-3 high-quality reels per week, with the possibility of increasing output. A bonus if you understand EDM/DJ culture, wedding content, and viral storytelling formats.
