Job Description

We’re seeking a highly experienced Email Strategy Consultant to lead strategic engagements for enterprise-level clients, with a focus on B2B and financial services organizations. This is a consulting-only role—ideal for someone who operates as a strategic advisor, not a day-to-day executor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end email strategy development for enterprise clients, from audit through roadmap creation.
• Conduct deep audits of existing email programs, including lifecycle architecture, segmentation, deliverability, and performance.
• Advise on segmentation strategy, data infrastructure, and personalization at scale.
• Perform competitive and industry analysis to identify opportunities and benchmarks.
• Synthesize findings into clear, compelling strategic recommendations.
• Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that communicate insights, opportunities, and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing, with a strong focus on strategy and consulting.
• Proven experience working with enterprise organizations.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and Marketo.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into strategic insights.

Compensation and Location
