Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content strategies tailored for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Produce high-quality multimedia content such as images, videos, graphics, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage social media calendars to ensure consistent posting schedules that maximize audience engagement.
• Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content planning.
• Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and hashtags to increase visibility and reach.
• Analyze web and social media analytics using Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to measure performance and refine strategies.
• Collaborate with public relations teams to maintain positive brand reputation through proactive relationship management.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to boost content reach effectively.
• Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community growth.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and best practices in content creation and management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools including Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with video editing software for creating engaging multimedia content.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations strategies, and relationship management within digital spaces.
• Experience in e-commerce environments or online retail is a plus.
