lets make the office cool...Urgent

We are seeking an expert in architectural interior design for a new construction project intended to be a creative center for film production. The building will serve as a functional space with offices, production areas, and designated collaborative and relaxation spaces. It is an industrial structure with high ceilings, and the aim is to maintain an industrial vibe while making the environment feel comfortable and inviting on a minimal budget.

The design should include offices, a conference room, meeting nooks, a lounge and coffee bar, commercial kitchen, men’s and women’s bank bathrooms, some private bathrooms, workrooms, a partial mezzanine, and open expansion space.

The interior should reinforce an ‘Alpine Industrial’ theme from the outside (see picture) with touches of old Hollywood, echoing the adjacent soundstage’s creative atmosphere, though the soundstage itself is not part of this project.

Deliverables include a floor plan in CAD and a 3D rendering or flythrough, with particular focus on creative and functional use of the 35’ ceiling height to avoid a warehouse feel. We need someone with strong CAD and 3D visualization skills who can generate creative concepts and is available to start immediately, as our timeline is short.
