Job Description
This is a remote position at Basecode, a digital solutions and IT consulting company. The company specializes in helping businesses automate, streamline, and scale using tools like Zoho, Salesforce, and Google Workspace. The focus of this role is on generating a pipeline, improving conversions, and driving revenue through marketing, making sure the right businesses find and convert into real opportunities.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- 3+ years experience in growth, performance, or B2B marketing.
- Proven ability to generate leads or revenue (not just engagement).
- Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion.
- Experience working with CRM systems and lead tracking.
- Comfortable marketing technical or service-based solutions.
- Fast executor who tests, learns, and iterates quickly.
Responsibilities
The role involves the following key responsibilities:
- Building a predictable lead generation engine.
- Increasing qualified discovery calls.
- Improving conversion rates across the funnel.
- Turning marketing into a revenue driver, not a cost center.
Tasks
Specific tasks include:
- Building & Running Lead Generation Campaigns: Launching 2โ4 campaign experiments monthly across LinkedIn, email, and landing pages.
- Owning LinkedIn as a Primary Growth Channel: Planning and publishing 3โ5 posts weekly, engaging with target audiences.
- Optimising Website & Landing Pages for Conversion: Auditing key pages, running A/B tests, improving landing pages.
- Managing Lead Capture & CRM Flow: Setting up lead forms, building email nurture sequences, tracking lead sources.
- Executing Email Marketing & Nurture: Sending targeted campaigns, building automated flows, improving rates.
- Running Paid Experiments: Launching small-budget campaigns, testing audiences and messaging.
- Turning Results Into Growth Loops: Repurposing winning content and continuously optimising based on performance.
Measurement
You will be measured on the following outcomes:
- Qualified leads generated.
- Discovery calls booked.
- Cost per lead.
- Conversion rates (visitor โ lead โ call).
- Pipeline contribution.
