Job Description

The role involves translating technical system specifications into working and tested CRM applications. Responsibilities include developing detailed programming specifications, writing and generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining applications, and conducting unit tests. Additionally, the successful candidate will troubleshoot technical problems that arise during the use and operation of software packages.

Requirements

General Skills:

• Experience in programming and analysis, specifically with CRM software.

• Experience with structured methodologies for development, design, implementation, and maintenance of applications.
• Proven experience in design, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting applications.

• 7+ years with Siebel OpenUI.
• 5+ years in Siebel Smart Scripts and Task Based UI.
• 10+ years in Siebel e-Services and Oracle BI Publisher Report.
• Proficiency in Java™ Enterprise Edition (J2EE), Java™, JavaScript, jQuery, Jscript bootstrap framework, HTML 5, CSS.
• Experience with REST web services using JSON.

Software Development Experience:

• 10+ years in configuring complex Siebel Public Sector solutions.
• Experience with integrating Single Sign-On solutions.
• 5+ years in developing Web Services using SOAP and REST.
• 5+ years customizing Siebel Open UI and PM/PR scripting.
• 10+ years developing unit testing scripts.
• Experience with multi-organization data structures.
• 2+ years configuring in Siebel IP 20.x.

Technical Skills:

• 10+ years with Siebel Public Sector, EAI, Web Service integration.
• 5+ years customizing Siebel OpenUI and PM/PR scripting.
• 10+ years hands-on experience with BI Publisher reports, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience with ETL migrations using tools like EIM.

Installation, Design, Configuration, Integration, and Troubleshooting:

• 10+ years installing, designing, and configuring Siebel Public Sector systems.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving complex Siebel issues.
• Experience integrating with non-Siebel systems and evaluating Siebel upgrade paths.
• Knowledge of AODA, WCAG, and assistive technologies.

Methodologies, Documentation, and Soft Skills:

• Knowledge of Oracle development methodologies and tools.
• Experience documenting technical blueprints and procedures.
• Ability to recommend Oracle tools, develop prototype build books, and document performance measures.
