Brand & Marketing Lead (Founding Team) [Urgent]

JF Retail Pte Ltd, an apparel company based in Singapore, is looking for a Brand & Marketing Lead as part of the founding team to build the Bazix brand and drive growth from the ground up. This is a full-time, on-site role for those with a hands-on approach, comfortable working closely with the founder and product team to shape brand presence across content, campaigns, and digital channels. The role is suited for someone eager to build, test, and optimize, working with a network of freelancers, creators, and partners to execute ideas quickly. You will handle campaign planning, launch execution, paid media, performance tracking, ecommerce management, and community engagement, focusing on both brand and results. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years’ experience in marketing, content, or ecommerce, ideally in fashion or consumer brands, with strong skills in brand building, digital strategy, and partner management. You will work directly with the founding team to shape how Bazix looks, communicates, and grows from the outset.
