Job Description

Snyder Memorial Baptist Church is hiring a skilled Assistant A/V Technician to help execute high-quality, distraction-free worship experiences. You’ll work directly with the Director of Worship Technology to run services, rehearsals, and events with consistency and excellence. This role is hands-on and execution-focused—taking ownership of day-to-day A/V operations so the Director can focus on training, system development, and long-term strategy.

Requirements

• Real-world experience in live production (church, events, or similar)
• Working knowledge of at least some of the following:
• Yamaha QL/TF consoles
• Dante audio networking
• ProPresenter
• Lighting systems (Onyx or similar)
• Live streaming / multi-camera setups
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and video production workflows is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Committed follower of Christ aligned with the mission of Snyder Memorial
• Strong communication and work ethic
• High school diploma (technical training a plus)

Schedule & Pay

• $25/hour | ~25 hours/week
• Sundays required (morning & evening)
• Midweek hours (Wed/Thurs) + occasional events
