Apparel Designer for NORdee Brand

We are seeking a freelance apparel designer to support NORdee, a premium Nordic-inspired sportswear brand based in South Africa. Our focus is on padel, tennis, golf, and lifestyle apparel, and we require designs that balance clean, minimal, and premium Nordic aesthetics with performance functionality and brand identity. You will work closely with our team to develop full design concepts for a range of products, including shirts, shorts, hoodies, lifestyle wear, and accessories. We are looking for someone interested in building a long-term partnership, who can deliver tech packs, fabric recommendations, marketing mockups, and iterate based on feedback. Understanding current sportswear trends and having the ability to deliver high quality, factory-ready files are important for this role. Our collaboration will begin with a paid trial project to establish fit for ongoing work.
