Job Description

Expansion Church is a multicultural, energetic church in Port St. Lucie, Florida, seeking passionate musicians to join our Worship Band team. We are currently looking for Electric Guitarists, Bass Guitarists, and Auxiliary Keys players to serve during our three Sunday morning worship services. This is a paid position offering $300–$350 per week, with opportunities for future growth within the ministry. Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Enthusiastic willingness to work with people
• Ability to build strong relationships with fellow musicians and vocalists
• A personal relationship with God, or openness to learning more about Him
• Flexible, teachable, and dependable
• Consistently punctual and prepared

Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of experience playing your instrument
• Experience performing in front of audiences in church or secular environments
• Ability to play by ear
• Strong sense of rhythm and timing
• Basic understanding of music theory
• Experience using click tracks preferred
• Willingness to coach and develop younger or less experienced musicians as part of the church’s growth

Time Commitment

• Approximately 6 hours every Sunday morning
• One 2-hour rehearsal each week

Education

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience

• Musician (Keys, Drums, Bass or Electric): 2 years (Required)

• Ability to relocate to Port Saint Lucie, FL, before starting work (Required)
