Job Description

Allegheny Community Behavioral Health System, Inc. is seeking a talented Marketing & Advertising Professional to join our mission-driven team. The role involves developing and managing high-impact marketing campaigns, creating engaging content to grow our social media presence, leveraging AI tools for enhanced creativity and targeting, designing and coordinating billboard and outdoor advertising campaigns, and helping reduce stigma while connecting individuals and families with compassionate behavioral health services. Additionally, you will be responsible for calculating monthly and yearly budget estimates.

Requirements

- Proven proficiency in social media marketing

- Experience using AI for content creation, analytics, or campaign optimization

- Experience with billboard/outdoor advertising (design, placement, and performance tracking)

- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills

- Passion for mental health awareness and community impact
