Your compensation is based on music selections for sync, and we provide a comprehensive toolkit for independent and signed artists and music producers, including industry contacts, education, split sheets, contracts, tools, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Write, compose, and produce original songs across various genres, emphasizing storytelling and emotional connection.
• Develop engaging melodies and lyrics that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with producers, musicians, and other creative professionals to refine compositions.
• Perform live at concerts, festivals, recording sessions, and promotional events with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Record demos and final tracks in studio settings, ensuring high-quality sound production.
• Stay current with musical trends, techniques, and industry developments to continually enhance your craft.
• Participate in promotional activities such as interviews, social media content creation, and community outreach.

Qualifications
