Development of 3D Co-op Multiplayer Game for Steam [Urgent]

I am seeking a game developer to help bring my personal game concept to life. The project is a 3D co-op multiplayer PC game designed for up to 4 players, where each player is connected using a chain or rope mechanic and must cooperate to move, jump, and pull together to reach the goal. The game will feature one large level with checkpoints, simple graphics, and basic audio. I am looking for expertise in Unreal Engine only, multiplayer programming, game physics, and 3D game development. I’ve provided an example (‘Chained together’ on Steam) and a document outlining the vision and mechanics. This project is intended to be delivered within 2-3 months if possible and is fully remote.
