Job Description

We are a Social Media Video Content Agency that specializes in crafting engaging, professional video content for service-based business owners and creators in the Portland Metro and Vancouver, Washington areas. Our mission is to enhance our clients’ brand presence on social media, build trust, and establish authority through high-quality video content. We are currently seeking a talented Media Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to impactful visual storytelling.

Requirements

• A passion for storytelling and a creative eye for capturing engaging visual content.
• Familiarity with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs) and Slack is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience as a Videographer with a strong portfolio of past work.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly YouTube and Instagram.
• Preferably experienced with Sony camera equipment, though not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Ability to be flexible and handle changes without hesitation.
• Comfortable working with an array of personality types.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Dependable vehicle for transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-3 minimum film sessions per month, capturing both long-form and short-form content.
• This is a filming-only role - no editing required. Just show up, capture high-quality footage, submit your RAWs, and you’re done!
• Collaborate closely with clients across various industries to meet their content objectives.
• Manage on-location shoots scheduled primarily between 10 AM and 4 PM from Monday to Friday.
• Travel for projects primarily between Vancouver, Washington and the Portland Metro Areas.
• Occasionally meet with clients virtually for “virtual filming calls” (training will be provided).
• Occasionally participate in virtual “planning meetings” with the CEO.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
