Comic book artist for Occult series. [Urgent]

I am looking for a comic book artist to illustrate my short horror series set in Northampton, England, with a strong focus on the occult and magick. The stories take inspiration from Alan Moore, early John Constantine Hellblazer, and the works of occultists like Aleister Crowley and John Dee. All stories will be in black and white with blood as the only color, featuring simple, realistic drawings in the style of Hellblazer and Swamp Thing. There will be dark themes, and some scenes contain violence and sex but nothing overly graphic. You will receive a comprehensive guidebook with character designs, locations, style references, and detailed page layouts. I value creative freedom and welcome your suggestions. Please note, I require proof that you do not use AI-generated art. The project will be paid per page, with potential for ongoing work.
