Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the further development, implementation, design, and support of the expansion of the Microsoft 365 Power Platform. This includes extensive experience in Microsoft Power Platform - MS PowerApps, Flow, and Power BI, with expertise in designing and developing custom business apps using Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, and Portal/Power Pages. Additional responsibilities include working with the Product Owner/Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features.

Requirements

Must have extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Automate Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, business process Flows, and Process Advisor. Proficiency in JavaScript and .NET is required. Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle Process including SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, Lean, etc. is also necessary.

Additional skills include being able to work well within a team environment while proactively completing tasks. Candidates must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance and may need to obtain a Security+ certification within a 60-day waiver period.

Physical and mental qualifications require maintaining awareness during scheduled working hours, the ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods while working on a computer, the capability of lifting up to 15 pounds, and strong verbal and written communication skills. The candidate should be capable of executing tasks independently as well as part of a team.

Strong organizational, grammar, business correspondence, and self-management skills are essential. The experience level required for this position is expert level.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntsville, AL. It is a fully onsite role.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits which may depend on job classification and length of employment. Potential benefits may include:
