Job Description

Equipping Godly Women is a Christian lifestyle brand founded by bestselling author and speaker Brittany Ann. We are seeking a motivated, teachable Freelance Content Writer to produce written content across various platforms including email, the website, social media, podcast, and more. This role is not traditional content writing; instead, you will work within a proven content system to produce and repurpose existing Equipping Godly Women content in Brittany Ann’s established voice and style. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and will receive hands-on training in writing, content creation, AI-assisted workflows, and Christian content marketing.

Responsibilities

• Produce a variety of written content including emails, blog posts, social media captions, podcast transcripts, teaching outlines, and workbooks.
• Utilize AI writing tools as part of the content production workflow, adhering to brand and style guidelines.
• Match Brittany Ann’s established voice, tone, and style consistently across all content types.
• Repurpose existing Equipping Godly Women content into new or updated written materials.
• Analyze past content performance metrics to guide content decisions and meet KPIs.
• Incorporate feedback and revise work until it meets brand standards.
• Meet deadlines independently without reminders.

Requirements

• MUST have 1-3+ years of published, publicly available writing experience.
• MUST submit links to writing samples with your application.
• MUST have an in-depth understanding of American Evangelical Christian culture.
• MUST be able to write accurately and authentically for a Christian mom audience.
• MUST be comfortable using AI writing tools as part of your workflow.
• MUST be teachable and receptive to direct feedback, including multiple revisions.
• MUST be a self-starter who meets deadlines independently.
• MUST be able to accept payment via PayPal or Zelle.
