Job Description

The Producer oversees all aspects of live UFC event production, leading studio programming and in-arena fight coverage across broadcast and digital platforms while managing creative execution, technical coordination, and real-time storytelling for seamless live event delivery. Responsibilities include being the line producer for UFC studio & remote desk shows, coordinating with staff producers, editors, and graphic artists, conceptualizing feature content, providing guidance on broadcast assets, working closely with on-air talent, assisting in the development of new show segments, researching content, writing scripts, communicating schedules, ensuring production support, and handling other duties as assigned.

Requirements

You need to have a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of television production experience, 5+ years of producing experience in studio or remote environments, and 3+ years of demonstrated writing experience. A very high level of creativity, strong knowledge of production equipment and post-production applications, organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to adapt to changing objectives are essential. Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to work independently or within a team are required. The role necessitates the ability to travel frequently and be comfortable with a non-conventional work schedule that includes regular weekend work. A deep knowledge of MMA & UFC is desired.
