AI Image Generator / Digital Compositor — Forensic and Documentary ImageryUrgent

We are seeking an experienced photo retoucher and digital compositor for a creative fiction project that focuses on producing highly authentic documentary-style imagery. The project is for an A4 published book that replicates a real criminal investigation file, in which the reader acts as a detective solving an unsolved murder case. The imagery must look as if it were sourced from real investigations, with no indication of being generated or fictional. The work involves creating 34 images covering categories such as forensic photographs, scene sketches and diagrams, CCTV and domestic security camera stills, pub security camera footage, and personal photographs. Generation prompts and detailed descriptions will be provided for every image, and shortlisted candidates will receive a comprehensive brief. Candidates must be able to show experience in Photoshop for image treatment and compositing, After Effects or similar for surveillance aesthetics, AI image generation with tools like Midjourney or Stable Diffusion, and Illustrator for technical diagrams and forensic sketches. Accuracy and authenticity for each image type is essential, with research and replication of specific UK forensic and surveillance styles required. Sample images will be requested before full commitment.
