Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join a high-impact, security-focused programme. You will be hands-on building and configuring ServiceNow solutions that underpin critical PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) processes, from certificate lifecycle management to CMDB accuracy and system integrations. This is a technical delivery role with real breadth: you will work alongside architects, security engineers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams. If you are comfortable navigating both platform configuration and stakeholder conversations, this is a strong fit.

Requirements

Essential

• Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer

• Proven ability to build ServiceNow forms, workflows, and approval processes

• Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB configuration

• Experience with integrations, MID Servers, and data imports

• Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a delivery team

• Strong communication skills — able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders equally

Desirable

• Prior experience on PKI, security, or certificate management solutions

• Knowledge of governance, risk, and security controls

• ServiceNow certifications (System Administrator, Application Developer, or equivalent)

• Experience in hybrid delivery models or working with external suppliers

Engagement Details

This is a fully remote contract role open to candidates based anywhere in Poland. The engagement is initially 3 months with the possibility of extension based on programme needs and performance.

Rate: 1,100 – 1,300 PLN/day (B2B)
