Job Description

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce CPQ and CLM solutions aligned with business requirements
• Configure and develop:
• Complex product structures and bundles
• Pricing rules, discount schedules, and approval workflows
• Quote templates, document generation, and contract templates
• Implement end-to-end contract lifecycle processes: Contract creation, amendments, renewals, and terminations
• Ensure accurate, compliant quoting and contract generation
• Develop high-quality solutions using:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Flows
• Validation rules, triggers, and asynchronous processing
• Build and maintain integrations via: REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft – preferred)
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and security
• Support end-to-end Quote-to-Contract (Q2C) processes
• Automate pricing, approvals, and contract workflows
• Handle complex scenarios including:
• Multi-currency and global pricing
• Subscription, ramp, and usage-based pricing
• Amendments, renewals, and proration
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and release planning
• Support UAT, deployments, and post-go-live stabilization
• Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ
• Solid experience with CLM implementations
• Advanced proficiency in: Apex, LWC, Lightning Framework, Salesforce data model and security model
• Strong understanding of pricing, quoting, and contract lifecycle processes
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
